The house offers a private outdoor area with an open-air terrace and a barbecue, subject to municipal approval in case of a heatwave. Air conditioning is installed for the upstairs bedrooms. You also have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool and a ping-pong table. Nearby, you can discover the Provençal village of Nyons and its market (every Thursday and Sunday), the Roman town of Vaison-la-Romaine, the gorges of Saint-May, Cornillon, the Pas des Ondes lake, and Grignan. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smokers are not allowed. Towels are not provided. An aperitif is offered for stays of one week or more. Breakfast is available on request and for an additional fee. The property offers homemade products. Waste sorting guidelines are provided on site to encourage environmental respect.
